This Frisco whole-house area (family room, hall, primary bedroom with closet, plus two more bedrooms with closets) was upgraded with SPC flooring from Lions Floor, style Indoor Delight, color Shoreline Décor (SKU LI-ID12). Supplied by Lions, this product features 9-inch wide by 72-inch long planks, a total thickness of 6.5 mm with 1.5 mm antibacterial and acoustic pad, a 20 mil wear layer, painted bevel edge, and an embossed-in-register wood texture.
Our installation included tearing up the old carpet and pad over nearly 980 square feet, prepping the slab, installing the LVP/LVT in a click system, adding reducers for transitions, installing primed white shoemold, sealing and painting it, and delivering all materials. Demo, disposal, furniture moving, and cleanup were all part of the job.
