Luxury Vinyl Plank installation by GC Flooring Pros

This Frisco master bedroom was transformed using Coretec’s Chandler Oak luxury vinyl plank, supplied by Shaw Industries. We secured this discontinued product especially for our customer, going above and beyond to deliver the exact floor they already had in their home. The planks measure 7.20 inches wide by 48 inches long, with a 5 mm thickness, a 20 mil wear layer, a solid polymer core, and micro-bevel edges.

We installed a Coretec multi-function reducer in Chandler Oak at the bathroom doorway and laced the rest of the flooring for a seamless look. New baseboards (Prime 623 profile, 4.5 inch height) were supplied and installed with one coat sealer and one coat paint. Furniture was moved with care, debris was hauled, and every detail was handled from start to finish.
