Scope of Work:

Materials: Installed COREtec Flaxen Ash in the primary suite and Rocca Oak in the home office
for a seamless mix of warm and modern tones.

Installation: 445 sq. ft. of floating click LVP, expertly fitted over a 6-mil moisture barrier
for enhanced protection.

Transitions & Trim: Custom Coretec reducers, primed white shoemold, and detailed
caulking for a polished finish.
