Scope of Work:
Demo & Prep: Removal and disposal of old carpet and padding.
Installation: 155 sq. ft. of engineered wood, fully glue-down installation using Bostik P212 Bond for maximum durability and sound dampening.
Finishing Touches: Pulled, reset, and caulked existing baseboards; custom red oak transition stained to match the new flooring.
