Project Overview

This whole-home flooring renovation replaced over 1,000 square feet of existing glued-down engineered wood with beautiful wood-look porcelain tile, creating a durable, low-maintenance foundation built for everyday living. The homeowners selected Daltile’s Saddle Brook collection in the Oak Trail color, featuring a timeless matte finish and realistic wood grain that delivers the warmth of hardwood with the performance of porcelain tile.

From demolition through the final finishing details, our team carefully prepared every surface, installed premium Mapei setting materials, and completed the project with brand-new baseboards and professional trim work for a polished, move-in-ready finish.
