Project Overview

A fresh flooring transformation can completely change the way a home feels. This Prosper project replaces existing carpet throughout the bedrooms, living spaces, dining room, hallways, and adjoining closets with the rich, sophisticated look of Bella Cera La Scala engineered hardwood in the Bellini color.

The new flooring is being professionally installed using a glue-down application with Sika T-17 urethane adhesive. Along with the flooring installation, the project includes detailed baseboard work—from removal and resetting to caulking, sanding, and painting—creating the clean finished edges that help make a flooring renovation feel truly complete.
