This Prosper home was refreshed with engineered hardwood from Abode by Kentwood in the color Pocket Knife, part of the Tempo collection. These planks are 7½ inches wide, ½ inch thick, and feature a brushed oak finish with medium variation. They’re protected by a durable polyurethane surface, making them a long-lasting choice for everyday living.

Our crew removed the old carpet and pad from the primary bedroom and closet, prepped the subfloor, and glued down about 450 square feet of new flooring. We also pulled and reset the baseboards, then primed and painted them for a turnkey finish. Transitions, trims, and cleanup were all included so the room was move-in ready.
