Project Overview

This flooring renovation transformed the main living areas of this Irving home with over 2,100 square feet of premium unfinished engineered hardwood. After removing the existing glued-down engineered wood flooring, our team installed Trinity Graf Select Rift & Quartered engineered hardwood using a premium urethane adhesive to provide a durable, long-lasting foundation.

Once installation was complete, the new flooring received a professional dust-controlled sanding process followed by two coats of oil-based polyurethane with a medium scrape finish. The result is a timeless hardwood floor that highlights the natural character of the wood while providing exceptional durability for everyday living.
