On the first floor, the primary bedroom, entry, and office were updated with engineered hardwood chosen to complement existing wood flooring while introducing a renewed, polished finish. Natural variations between older and newer wood add subtle character—creating a layered look that feels authentic and lived-in.

Upstairs, more than 1,000 square feet of luxury vinyl plank transformed the landing, loft, bedrooms, hallways, and staircase top step. The result is a seamless continuation of warm oak tones throughout the home, paired with waterproof performance and exceptional everyday durability.
