This Prosper home received a sophisticated flooring upgrade using Mohawk Sendera Birch engineered wood in Doeskin, installed throughout the second-floor loft and hallway areas. After removing the existing carpet, our team completed a full glue-down installation for enhanced stability and long-term performance. This project also included lace-in work around a wet bar, precise close-cuts around stair rail bases, and full baseboard removal, reset, and paint for a clean, finished look.
