A successful engineered wood flooring installation starts long before the first plank goes down. For this Prosper, TX project, the existing glued engineered wood was removed from the entry, living room, hallway, kitchen, pantry, small hall closet, and closet under the stairs. After demo, the subfloor was carefully evaluated and prepared with floor prep materials to help create a smoother, flatter surface for the new glue-down engineered wood installation. The finished result features a natural oak-toned white oak look that brings warmth, flow, and everyday durability throughout the main living areas.
