Scope of Work:

Utilized Mohawk Sendera Birch engineered hardwood known for its natural-wood visuals, wider/longer planks, and excellent durability.

Employed SikaBond T17 polyurethane adhesive for full-surface glue-down installation, offering low-odor, fast-curing, and tenacious bonding which is ideal for engineered wood and radiant-heat compatibility.

Completed precise glue-down of the engineered planks over the prepared subfloor to ensure a stable, high-performance result.

Painted all baseboards in fresh white for a cohesive finish and to match the new flooring aesthetic.

Met an expedited schedule to accommodate delivery and installation of the customer’s pool table, demonstrating our commitment to seamless project coordination.
