This Celina home received a turnkey engineered wood upgrade designed for beauty and long-term performance. We installed wide-plank European oak with a professional glue-down method for a quiet, solid feel underfoot and reliable stability over concrete—ideal for busy living spaces in North Dallas.

Scope of Work:

Material: Reward Flooring Euro Oak Napoli, Urbano Collection, Light Rustic Grade; 5/8″ thick, 9.5″ wide planks for a clean, expansive look.

Installation: 2,256.91 SF glue-down over concrete in primary bedroom and closet, kitchen/breakfast, family room, dining, study, entry, bedroom with closet, wet bar and closet, mud room/walkway, and pantry.

Stairs: 17 engineered wood steps; new risers supplied and painted for a clean, finished staircase.

Baseboards: 719 LF pulled and reset; one-coat paint with masking and caulk for a crisp finish.

Demo: Removal of existing glued wood, floor tile, and carpet/pad in listed areas.

The glue-down method specified for engineered wood delivers superior sound control and stability on concrete slabs, while urethane adhesive creates a strong, moisture-resistant bond. Wide-plank European oak adds dimensional stability and a timeless aesthetic suited for North Dallas homes.

Considering a refined engineered wood upgrade in Celina or Frisco? Our team delivers premium materials, expert glue-down installation, and a turnkey finish from demo to paint.
