We recently transformed this Frisco home with Regal Elk Mountain Engineered Wood in Abrams, a 7 ½-inch wide oak plank, featuring rich natural graining and a durable urethane finish. The glue-down installation method ensures long-lasting stability and a quiet, refined surface underfoot.
Scope of Work Highlights
Demo & Haul Off: Removed existing carpet and pad throughout the upstairs, hallway, loft, and staircase.
Installation: Installed 1,023 SF of engineered wood using premium Sika urethane adhesive.
Stair Labor: Precision-cut and installed 16 steps with matching Abrams stair noses.
Trim & Finishes: Installed and caulked 277 LF of primed white shoe molding.
Paint Baseboards: Prepped, sealed, and painted baseboards for a seamless, designer-level finish.
Final Touches: Full haul-off and cleanup for a ready-to-enjoy space.
